In 1993 iTak (International) Limited was established in Hong Kong as a wholly owned subsidiary of Takashima Co., Ltd. (listed on TSE First Section). Today we have 12 bases in total under Hong Kong Headquarters, such as 6 subsidiaries, 2 factories, branch offices and representative offices, and we also oversee the iTak group from Hong Kong.
iTak (International) Limited manages business administration. It manages accounting. It manages human resources. It also develops overall strategies.
Since Hong Kong is an important trade base in the East Asia region, we have a function of a logistics service and play an important role as an IPO base.
