In 1993 iTak (International) Limited was established in Hong Kong as a wholly owned subsidiary of Takashima Co., Ltd. (listed on TSE First Section). Today we have 12 bases in total under Hong Kong Headquarters, such as 6 subsidiaries, 2 factories, branch offices and representative offices.
As a base to oversee the whole iTak group, iTak (International) Limited controls its Business management, Accounting, and Human Resources, etc, in addition to building a strategy.
Since Hong Kong is an important trade base in the East Asia region, we have a function of a logistics service and play an important role as an IPO base.
